At Sleven, we seek to improve your general fitness through CrossFit training. CrossFit is designed to build the most broad, general, and inclusive fitness possible. Governed by measurable performance, we can help members look, feel and perform better. Our programme is infinitely scalable and is appropriate for anyone, regardless of age or fitness background. All you have to do is show up, and we take care of the rest.

This is our high energy, metabolic conditioning class that is accessible to all. MetCon eliminates the more complex, high-skilled movements of CrossFit so that you can focus on getting that heart rate up and maintain intensity.

Do you love the barbell? If you do, Sleven Strength will teach you to perform the olympic and powerlifting movements, capping the session off with a short, heavy, and intense WOD. These classes last 90 minutes and will be periodised to help build up your strength with testing at the end of each cycle.

Whether you are working towards your first pull-up or that elusive muscle-up, we will help you develop the necessary skills and strength. We will get you upside down, swinging, pushing and pulling. This is available to all levels and with our smart and effective progressions, you will always feel like you’re getting the most out of your session.

FNL combines good times and sweaty workouts. What better way to kick-start your weekend than hanging out and hitting some challenging team workouts before finishing off the evening with your friends at Nando’s with a cheeky beer!
