Our MetCon classes do not incorporate barbells or the more complex, higher skilled movements which may feature in our CrossFit classes.  The absence of heavy loads and technical movements means that our MetCon classes are available for anyone to book in. It also means that we devote less time to coaching and more time to working out, so expect to be moving for 40-45 minutes; this may either be a single, longer workout or, perhaps, two or three shorter ones.


Either way, there is no excuse to stop moving and you will be able to keep your heart rate up and maintain intensity with workouts that include a wide and varied range of movements. MetCon classes provide a great way to gain and maintain cardiovascular fitness, whether you have an interest in CrossFit or not.
